WinECJ Dynamic Link Library version 1.1

WinECJ DLL features a JPEG decoding routine that client applications can incorporate for fast JPEG decoding. An application program calls ECJ_Decode() the same way it calls any other Windows routines. Upon completion a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) is returned.
