Wcc (Wallpaper Control Center) Version 1.1

Wcc can change wallpaper for every fixed time interval. The bitmap file to be displayed is randomly chosen from a list which is set up by you. You can give each file different frequency so that the number of times to display each file is different. I recommend you to put wcc in the startup group in your program manager so that the program will start running each time your start windows.
